The Heart of KÄI
KÄI was created for people who want something a little different.
By day, we're a niche coffee shop serving carefully crafted drinks, flavoured matchas, traybakes and small bites. By night, we become Birmingham's first dry bar, bringing the atmosphere, creativity and ritual of a great cocktail bar, without the alcohol.
Our dry cocktails are made using real alcohol-free spirits, liqueurs and alternatives, rather than simply mixing syrups with lemonade and calling it a mocktail. Every drink has been developed to feel considered, grown-up and genuinely worth going out for.
That attention to detail runs through everything we do. From our flavoured matchas and traybakes to our bar nibbles and signature dry cocktails, every part of the KÄI menu has been created with time, thought and a slightly obsessive eye for the details.
KÄI is the vision of Cyrus, a young creative with a love for all things fashionable, niche and unexpected. The idea was simple: create the kind of place he wanted to go to himself. Somewhere stylish but comfortable, distinctive without trying too hard, and where not drinking alcohol never means settling for the boring option.
